RPS Homefinder Service - our bespoke search service for buyers of executive and country homes in Northumberland.

We aim to find the right property for you and to save your time and money in the process. Following a personal meeting with detailed discussions about your requirements, we will search through properties available on the market and research into private sales, future developments and through our extensive local connections, properties that have not yet come onto the market. We will then preview suitable properties and present only those of interest, ensuring productive use of your time.

We can e-mail additional pictures and details of properties in which you are interested and if required provide a virtual tour on video. In this way we take the leg work out of finding a property.

Our Homefinder consultant will be pleased to tailor our service to suit you. We can accompany you on viewings, organise travel and overnight accommodation and can negotiate the eventual purchase price on your behalf. We will also instruct solicitors, order surveys etc. if required to do so.

Our charge for this service is typically 0.5% of the purchase price of the property in addition to an initial registration fee of £300, plus VAT.
